About this policy
American Innovations, operated by Evan Flores, uses this website to introduce custom application services, receive project inquiries and prepare appointment management. Online booking and Google availability integration are not active for this limited launch. Contact: evan@americaninnovations.tech or 614-662-6517.
Inquiry information and use
The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional business, area of interest, task description, current tools, language and conversation preference, plus your phone number if you request a callback. We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry. A saved inquiry is not an appointment or a marketing subscription. Do not submit passwords, private customer records or sensitive production data.
Appointments and messages when enabled
The prepared scheduling service uses inquiry details, appointment times, connection preferences, booking status and private management credentials to arrange appointments, handle changes and queue transactional confirmations, reminders and cancellations. Appointment writes go only to the American Innovations SOGo calendar. These functions remain gated pending authorization and controlled checks; an inquiry alone does not confirm a meeting.
Google Calendar availability — proposed integration
Only the owner authorizes Google access, using https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.freebusy for primary-calendar availability. Visitors do not connect Google accounts. The integration needs busy start/end intervals, not event titles, descriptions, locations or attendees. It does not write Google events or provide bidirectional synchronization. It is designed to check Google and SOGo availability, including buffers, before offering or confirming a time and to refuse booking if a required check fails. Personal busy intervals must never be displayed to visitors; only bookable times are offered. Google authorization and live conflict protection have not yet been established.
Storage, providers and browser data
The website uses Sites hosting and its Cloudflare-backed inquiry database. The prepared appointment service uses a separate broker, SOGo and transactional email infrastructure. Providers processing website requests or mail may process technical and delivery data under their own terms. This site adds no advertising or analytics trackers. Language and theme preferences are stored locally; the browser session also retains inquiry references and private recovery or management credentials. Keep management links private, especially on shared devices. Owner refresh credentials are intended for an owner-only server file; access tokens stay in process memory.
Retention, deletion and access requests
Saved inquiries remain available for follow-up even without booking. The current implementation has no automatic deletion schedule or fixed retention period. Contact Evan with your inquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion; do not send private management tokens. Requests require verification and may need review of operational records, delivery queues and backups. We cannot promise immediate removal from every system or provider. The owner can revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections; loss of required availability access must block new bookings.
